When we are living in the moment, with honesty and truth–the nature of God shines forth as our own.

Immortaltiy Is You

Living in the Moment

We hear the importance of living in the moment, of being oriented in the present? If we are worried or obsessed about things we cannot control, we miss out on the greatest part of life–the love of our soul.

Love Right Now!

Love takes place in the moment, right now! It is difficult to feel love when we are worried about the future or the past. The present moment always has love waiting for us, if we look. The moment of love is waiting for us now, as we are.

The Future and the Past

In life, we have to think about the future and the past. We can do this in a gentle way that doesn’t cause disturbance. We can let go of worry, insecurity and resentment. Such consuming emotions take time we could use somewhere else.

We Have All We Need!

All we need is in the present. The healing action of love takes place now. Nothing in our life needs to change before we improve. We can be in love this moment.

Immortality, Personal Growth: Love Is Here!

Love Is Here!

The Powerful Role of Love

Directly or indirectly, love is the answer to just about everything. Most of us do not suspect the powerful role love plays in our lives. Many of us have such a limited definition or experience of love that we could never imagine it to be the force that rules the universe.

Love Works

Love is what makes things work; love holds the universe together. “Not love” is when things don’t work.

Love and understanding are the major lessons of life. Humanity and life are at their zenith, full power and dominion when living the utmost in love.
We do not become fully functioning humans without the force of love.

The Depth of Love

The depth of love goes far beyond romantic. Everything in existence can be loved and fit within a loving context. We are all the same as we are loved.

We often hear “God is love.” Some feel God must be more than love? A better understanding may be that love is more than we know?

Miracles for Us

Love performs miracles, but the miracles are natural within the laws of love. Love gives us more than we could imagine. Yet love needs us for its expression.

Our gift is that we all have the potential to be great givers of love. We all have great transformational power. We are truly creatures of love in the midst of a loving creation.

Below is a video that will show you how to harness and use the power of love within you.

This blog and video are based on my August 30th blog titled, “Love Is Our Identity.” Be sure to read it!

Beneath the video are some exercises and ideas that will help you immediately!

Love Is Our Identity

Love is our identity; love is our soul. Love is who we are when we are not too upset, worried or concerned.

If we get a little calm and still, if we get centered as who we really are… we can slowly know our love.

My experience with meditation, my knowledge of meditation practice with myself and other people is that love will emerge, as we practice.

Get Your Meditation Exercise!

Go to www.ImmortalNow.com/qi-gong-videos and do the “Qi Gong Warm Up” as your meditation exercise. You can also find this free exercise video under the “Qi Gong Videos” tab of the www.ImmortalNow.com website.

Love Will Emerge

Meditation can be simple and quick: If we are at work or in our car, waiting for a light, we can breathe deeply and notice our breath, not forcing it, but placing gentle attention on how we breathe. This process is powerful over time.

Meditation Is Easy

Meditation is easy! In meditation, we shift our attention away from:

  • worry
  • concern
  • anger

In meditation, we shift our energy from a distracted and unproductive thought, to finding peace within us.

Anyone can meditate, at any time, in any place. In meditation, we can find our true identity, an identity of love and peace.

If you feel you can’t meditate, simply shift your attention to something good: a good thought, a good book or a good website. And do something good for someone else!

Our True Self Is Good!

As we experience our true self, love comes alive.

When we experience the true person we are, outside of worry and concern… When we experience ourself without injury or troubled thought–we experience who we really are, an identity of love.

We can find this identity of love by practicing any type of meditation or good activity that will shift our attention away from worry and fear—toward a relaxed expression of love.

We can begin this practice of finding peace by watching the Free Qi Gong Videos at my website: www.ImmortalNow.com.

Be well, have peace and find your love!

Immortality, Personal Growth: Love Is Here!

Love Is Here!

With Knowledge, Love Unfolds. By Love, All Is Known.

Love can be strange and elusive? What is love, and how do we get it?

When we have love, what is happening to us, and what do we do with this love?

Love Is Our Natural State of Being

Perhaps “love” is best understood as the natural state of life and health: When we are fully functioning and at our best—we, the world and everyone else are in love.

Love is the essential state of human mind and body.

In love, we know what needs to be known. With love, we do what needs to be done.

Love is a natural state where all of life cooperates; love is when we act in agreement with life.

Love Is Not Luck

True love is deliberate action.

Love is not something that comes and goes. Love is something we leave and return to
as we choose. Yet love can stay forever, if this what we want?

However, practice and commitment are required to love on a continual basis. To love without
ceasing requires a bit of effort, it is not something that most of us naturally do.

So the “trick” to having love, if there is a trick… is knowing how we leave love, and knowing
how we return?

We leave love by the simple decision to not act in love, to feel and be something not of love.
We leave love by not behaving with love or kindness. We acquire and keep love by
acting in love.

Our Truth Is Immortaltiy

I'm over it.

Leaving Love Is Simple—It’s a Choice.

Most of us were taught universal truths at a young age in school, by our parents, etc. We were told to act with kindness, be forgiving, “turn the other cheek,” love thy neighbor, etc.

However… it is difficult to learn these lessons, to learn these truths if they come by words only, and not by human example?

What gets in the way of love? Fear, greed and anger inhibit loving action. Where do these disruptive motives come from? They come from the thought that we will die if we do not acquire goods and sustanance from a source outside of ourselves. This thought is wrong and incorrect. Needs can be met by loving action, where no one is hurt and nothing is “taken.”

Love Defeating Actions

Love defeating actions come from the idea that we must fight, kill and capture to survive.

Love defeating action comes from false ideas of self limitation.

Disaster in the human race occurs as we fight ourselves or someone else.

Is Something Wrong?

All of this wrong—all the fight, jealousy and fear—all of this is fiction based on false ideas
of limitation.

The idea of any living creature as a predatory being is wrong; the consequence of this
thinking is disaster. The disaster of predatory thinking plays out in ourselves and the
world as chaos, suffering and death. The world is not designed for predatory behavior.

Instead of a predetory world of killing and taking, why not have a world where we all belong?
Why not have a world designed to help, assist and provide… all we need? Why not
believe in this and take action to make it a reality. Why not create a better world that
provides what we need?

How about the idea that we are here to help each other?

Why Fight and Compete?

We fight and compete in obvious ways, such as war. We injure each other with subtle words
every day… by habit. We harm each other and are often not aware that we do? Instead, can we
be kind in thought, word and deed.

Love Is Always Here

Love is everywhere as the essence of our soul. Love is here to help us every day. Love is here
to give us bliss, assistance and ease. Love is here to do the work of life. We are here to love,
and love is our essential life.

Death Is Not an Option, if We Want Life

If love is a choice, I chose to lie down.

Love Is a Choice

We have to chose to love: For love to be, we have to chose to love ourselves and others.

Of course, to love this way is a challenge in a world where people choose not to love, but choose to fight and compete instead.

So change! Change now! Choose to love—be loving, kind and considerate. Love when it is not easy to love. Be kind when kindness in not required or expected.

Now Is the Time!

Love when it’s impossible to love, and your ability to love will grow. Love when love
is not justified at all, and your love will be a sacred power. Love for no reason at all!

Love all the world, and the world will be in love with you.

Love is not a force, but a timeless state where our soul resides.

Begin with a smile—most smiles are returned. Add to that smile, and the world
will give.

It is simple to love, to have a life of loving kindness. But we must love with
strength and habit for the world to be a loving place.

We are the conduits, generators and creators of love. We have to do it, love.

Love changes us; love makes the world!

(This blog article is also published on my blog —  www.ImmortalNow.com/blog )

Love with all the spite and hate you have.

Love with all your fear. Turn your hesitation to an act of love.
Use your anger to find love.

Use your loneliness to comfort and hold.

All that we are can love.

To resist or not to resist, that is the question?

Of course we want to resist a virus or a disease; there are many things we
do not want or need in our life. We should resist temptations that could kill
us or do harm.

However, when do we really need to resist or defend? Most of life will go quite
well, if we do not resist the process of love in ourselves or others.

Much of our resistance may be unnessary, without reason and not helpful
to our situation?

Have you resisted the length of the day? Do you resist the morning
when you awake? Do you resist the sun when it goes down?

Do you resist the ride to work? Do you resist your life in any way?

Why not give in to the fact that we live, that we are alive? Why not give in to the fact
that we love and accept?

Resistance, as a frame of mind, is rarely required. Resistance to our nature of giving
can strangle our life.

Resistance to the love of our soul, mind and heart can make our life short and ill defined.

Why resist when resistance is not required?

Why not give yourself to love in an open way, not resisting who you are?

By nature, we are open, loving and giving… it is the way we are designed.

Give in to life and the best of who you are; why resist?

We all face the same dilema:

We have thought about death, disease and suffering—and have accepted these situations as inevitable, as a part of life—when this is not the case.

The only “fact of life” is that we can change our lives, and the world. We create our life every day, for better or worse—by our thoughts, actions and beliefs. We change the natural laws of creation by who we are and how we act.

The things that we think, believe and accept—impact the world and our lives. We  design and make the world by how we behave.

As we understand we are creating the world, we can look at our beliefs, feeling and thoughts… and see how they add up? We may ask: where are we taking ourselves? Where are we taking the world?

Are we building, mending and making good friends? Do we resolve the problems of previous generations, or continue the same mistakes in a different style?

How are you creating the world for yourself and others? What instructions are you giving to life?

If our actions return to us in the manner we behave, what will come to us? What can we expect? If our thoughts and feelings take place in our bodies and brains, how are we treating ourselves?

Take control. You create your life. You decide what you will have, what you receive from life?

If there is something you don’t like, look to yourself for the change you want!

You are in control, and you create your life.

With love, we can change the way the world acts upon us.

As we bring love into play, the world changes its way.

Illness sometimes stops our world. While ill, we have opportunity. We can stay in our disease or use it as an opportunity to discover our deep and perfect selves, the perfection in the world.

Illness is frightening, for good cause. We suffer, are in pain and may die? Illness puts a stop to our world as we know it.

We can deny our difficult condition, or work with our problem and learn.

The best lesson from illness is to see how valuable, perfect and powerful our life really is, to see we have ability and belief deeper than we may have imagined.

In good health we can live with abandon, not thinking about the value of life; but in illness we have an opportunity to see a deeper quality and purpose in living that carries to all of our life.

In illness, we may find we are more powerful and perfect than we ever knew?

The way out of suffering is a spiritual path—a path that returns us to our origin.

We may question our pain, thinking we did not cause it, that the situation is not our fault? This may be true, but if we want release from pain, no matter how it began, it is our responsibility.

It is our problem and requires we take action. Our intent will be the gateway to relief.

Though our spirit may seem failing and uneasy, this same spirit will take us out of pain.

We must ask for help and share our suffering. This dissipates our pain and unifies our spirit with the world.

The world does not want us to suffer; it is not our design to be in pain. When we are at peace, and in agreement with life, suffering falls away. As we sense our perfect core and the love of life, healing takes place…

As we know we are made of love, we conform to our design of health. As we know and see our spirit in strength, our suffering will ease.

Healing may happen quickly, but also may take time. It may take time to heal a difficult situation? It is important, however, that we begin.

As we suffer, we may get lost and confused. And who among us has not suffered or been mistaken to some degree? We all have suffered; suffering affects our thoughts and will. Let us be humble and seek our core of love, and know the love of the world.

In love, all things recover—the world, our life and health. In love, there is no accident.

The way out of suffering comes by persistent effort, taking action toward our core of love.
