Everything we see–living and non-living–is who we are, a part of our totality. We come from the primordial spark that is now the universe. We share this spark with everything and everyone.

The spark feels powerful inside us. Its tune is love. This love can be soft and warm as a friend’s embrace, or strong and immediate, mending what is torn.

The spark lives on in everyone and everything. We may appear separate and apart, but we are united in our origin and unified by life.

(From my book, “Lessons in Love”)

Larger than life itself is the underlying “Presence” of life. What is this “Presence”?

It is there and here… for us to find in our own way. It is the the Way of the World and the Universal Pulse. It is how and why we exist, the “Presence” of life.

The “Presence” is where our soul combines with Creation at the deepest level, the point between ourselves and God. It is the Tune of Life, the Balance of Existence and “doing the right thing.”

Sense it. Feel it. Find it. Be it: The “Presence” of life, the best we can be, the Soul of the World where love is love and perfection has no end.

The “Presence”… absolute yet always changing: It is you and me.

.

At times, we all “fly blind.” If we continue living and moving in these times, simply putting one step in front of the other, the next step often appears on its own… out of the dark, with little effort on our part. But we must take the step.

You can love your life now, with all of your strength, all of your hope and all of your might. Nothing has to change, and nothing has to improve. Love your life now!

Love does not resist; it allows everything to exist.

Love is who we are and what we do.

Death is a lifestyle choice caused by the way we think, feel and act—by what we believe individually and collectively as a society and culture. Death is a habit, a habit we can replace with healthy, happy and continuous human growth.

With billions of people believing that death is natural, what happens? People die; disease, accident and ill-will evolve.

Death does not have to happen; it’s not inevitable. There is a natural alternative–we have the option of continuing to live and grow into greater human life.

For this to happen, continuous life, a major lifestyle change must occur, one person at a time; until it catches fire, spreads and reaches critical mass around the world.

The lifestyle change for continual living is not so much “getting the proper exercise” or “eating the right food”—the required change of life concerns the way we treat each other and ourselves. It is about the way we think, feel and act en mass… together.

To live forever requires that we act with respect, consideration and love towards each other. A change of this type becomes a way of living together, a natural and normal way of life.

Surrender death; give in to greater life.

Respect your pain; respect your suffering. Pain will lead you to the solution. Out of pain and suffering will come the strenght and gift of life that is far greater than the extent of the suffering.

Get to know the pain of your life, and ask it questions. Your pain is wise. Ask how it came about and what you can do to change it. Ask your pain what it wants and needs. The pain may instantly go away, or you may be at the beginning of a long conversation; stick with it. Pain may follow you if it is not heard.

Listent to your pain and do not run. The pain you feel in your life, in your body, has the solution. Pain is simply a great and wonderful gift trying to come forth into your life. Resistance to the Gift creates pain, confusion and discomfort.

Do not resist; pain is a gift that has become stuck. Pain is the eternal nature of you trying to push its way into life and grow.

We create pain by resisting our greatest gift in life.

Loving the most difficult people to love—from the strength of you—results in proportionate growth of your own being.
