<p>It is easy to criticize or dislike someone. Yet it&#8217;s better for ourselves, and all the world, if we love instead.</p>

<p>To love is divine: it frees our soul and makes us healthy. Yes, healthy! Our body and mind work best when we are involved in love&#8212;thinking and acting with love by willful intent.</p>
<p>As we move our thoughts from hate and dislike, to a life of love, we feel ease and safety&#8212;a fullness of life. We feel ourselves again. Our thoughts and bodies relax. We become free to enjoy who we are, to appreciate each day.</p>
<p>Love is a choice, a direction to take. We can love every moment of the day if we choose!</p>
<p>Make the choice to love <em>yourself</em>, to love your life, to appreciate the world in which you live.</p>
<p>Find something good to love today! Love every chance you get&#8212;with every thought, word and action you make. Your life will improve.</p>
<p>Love is health.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>As strange as it may sound, practicing love works! First, practice loving yourself. It is simple: Just tell yourself, in a conversation, that you love yourself. Begin with your body. Your body creates all your feelings and thoughts, so take control and train your body to be in love, feel love and act with kindness.</p>
<p>Begin by telling your feet, yes your feet, that you love them. Say “Feet, I love you so much. Thank you for being my feet, and walking and working for me. I love you.”</p>
<p>Before you laugh, try it! It works. And it works because it is scientific, physiological and neurological: We all have the ability to create and generate love and good feelings at will. It is a basic human ability. But we often wait for love and good events to happen by chance, and there is little chance of that.</p>
<p>Love and good events do not happen by chance. When we leave happiness to chance, not much happens.  We then may start to believe that we live in a cruel world where there is no love or opportunity for success… But this is so wrong!</p>
<p>It is we who are responsible for creating love and good events in our lives… We are the creators. When we wait for someone else to create for us what we want… It’s a long and futile wait.</p>
<p>So begin by telling your body, yourself, that you love it, that you love you. Go to all parts of your body and tell your parts that you love them. They will respond! Try it.</p>
<p>Thank your lungs for breathing for you; tell your lungs that you love them. Thank your heart for beating. There will be a physiological response in your brain and body. A thought is a physical and measurable action in your brain and body. Love is a thought and feeling that you create and control.</p>
<p>When you make a decisive action of thought, when you voice love to yourself: there is a physical response in your brain and body… a good response of good thought and great feeling.</p>
<p>All thoughts are physical realities in your body that affect how you feel. One thought leads to another; many thoughts lead to feelings. And feelings become habit. Create your own habit of thought and feeling; do it with love! You have the choice; you are in control. Create what you need; create what you want.  Do it again and again, until it becomes habit.</p>
